what is lower back pain?
Do you know the reason of lower back pain? when it comes to lower back pain,people would think that it comes from slipped disc. but cotrary to the popular belief ,there is little relation between lower back pain and slipped disc.
so,what is the main reason of that?
fascia and ligament
the most major reason of lower back pain is “fascia and ligament”
so,what is the “fascia”?
fascia is the cover of the muscle fiber.basically muscle consists of thin muscle fibers which is protected by membrane,and this membrane is called “fascia” in medicine.
fascia usually moves smoothly on the surface of muscle fibers,but in some special conditions it will lose mobility and will stick on muscle fiber. stuck fascia would activate some special nerve recepter and eventually develop pain.
this condition often creats chronic lower back pain,and is called “myofascial pain syndrom”
myofascial pain syndrom
they are the typical lower back pain developed by fascia(myofascial pain syndrome).

ligament
they are the ligaments of pelvis and often causes pain. when you give them a strong stress suddenly,like coughing in the mornig,lifting heavy stuff,or some sports,ligament would get inflammation and develop pain.

slipped disc(helniation)

it may be tough to belive that slipped disc hardly develop lowerback pain,but is true.
because compressed nerve would develop palsy and numbness but doesn’t create pain.
there might be some exception,but in the case of chronic lower back pain,I would hope you to remember of myofascial pain syndrom and ligament first.
acute lower back pain
acute lower back pain happens often in the morning. but why is that?
the reason of why it happens especially in the morning is dehydration and posture.
dehydration can cause muscle stiffness,and posture which you take all the night would add some more stress on your stiff muscles. if you wake up with stiff muscles suddenly in the mornig, it would provoke stiff muscles and can develop defensive hyper tension of muscles. this is how the acute pain in the morning occures.

do you lie on your side? just like above.if so I would reccomend you to stop it. because this posture makes psoas muscles hard. and often trigger acute pain in the mornig.
tips for those who want to avoid acute pain in the morning.
1.drink a plenty of water throuout the day.it doesn’t include tea,coffe,and other beverages.
2.avoid coffe and alcohol.
3.lie on your back,and avoid lying on your side.
4.when you wake up in the morning,try to lie on your back first and straighten your knee,and then have some deep breath several times.after that try to sit up slowly.
5.drink water and have some deep breath again.
tips from1 to 5 would help people who have experienced acute pain in the mornig often.and it would work on other types of mornig pains as well.
How I cure?
I combine chiropractic with acupuncture often,because they two have a different advantage,based on my experience combining them could accererate treatment procedure and can maximize effectivenesss of treatment.
