what is constippation?
constipation is a medical condition, when your digestive sysytem doesn’t work well and you find difficulty to have regullar bowel movement, thic condition is called constipation.
when it comes to constipation,you need to think the things which would contribute to get constipated.
First: chewing
chewing is the booster of your digestive system, chewing works as like the key of a car engine.
can you imagine? if you forgot to bring your key, how would you start of the engine of your car?
based on my experience, people with constipation tend to be a “fast eater”, fast eater means who swallows foods without enough chewing. if you find it yourself, have more chewing(at least 30times before you swallow).
Second:dehydration
as you know,women tend to get more constipated than men. but why is that? the reason is dehydration.
based on science,muscles work as a water tank, females body has less muscles than male body, it triggers dehydration on female. holding enough water inside of your body is necessary to have regular bowel movement. so drinking more water is worthy to try(only pure water is reccomemndable, the water desn’t include others, like juice,coffee,tea,alcohol,fruits and foods. water means water!)
Third: fiber
taking enough dietary fiber will be needed to improve and maintain digestive condition. if you find any issues on your bowel movement ,try to have more dietary fiver.
there are two types of dietary fibers.
“water soluble dietary fiber” and “insoluble dietary fiber”
when you are fine,either fibers will be fine,but when you get constipated, you should try water soluble dietary fiber first. the major water soluble dietary fibers are apple and sea weed.

Four: foods
there are some foods, which you should avoid. because they would aggarvate your digestive organs and could finally develop constipation. they are milk,wheat,sugar,coffe,and alcohol.

although you have tried some pieces of adovice above, you still have a constipation.exercise below will be worthy to try.
First: deep breath
because,taking deep breath often will improve digestive organs function.
breathe out by mouth as long as you can,and then breathe in by nose naturally. try it in every one hour.
Second:massage
it can stimulate bowel movement, doing this a few minutes before you go to bed.
